Terms and Conditions of Sale
Updated: 25 September 2026. These terms apply to new orders placed on www.europa-band.co.uk from this date. They do not retrospectively change existing orders.
1. About us and these terms
The seller is AHB SARL, trading as Europaband, a company registered in France with the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under number 528763063. French VAT number: FR89528763063. Share capital: EUR 550. The share capital is a company registration detail; purchases on this website are charged in pounds sterling.
UK contact address: AHB / Europaband, 314 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK9 2UB, United Kingdom.
Email: contact@europa-band.co.uk
Telephone: +44 114 391 0060.
The UK address is a contact address for AHB, not a separate UK company. Please contact us before returning goods so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
These terms cover the sale of event wristbands and promotional products through this website. They apply to business and consumer orders, subject to any specific terms agreed in writing. A consumer is an individual buying mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. References to consumer cancellation rights below apply to consumers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Products, prices and UK delivery charges
Check each product page for materials, dimensions, quantities, personalisation options and lead times. Product availability is subject to stock and production capacity.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP / £). VAT is identified alongside prices and in the basket. Check the quantity, selected options, VAT and delivery charge in the order summary before paying. The price agreed for a confirmed order will not be increased without your agreement.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, the total paid at checkout covers all charges for the agreed order and delivery, including applicable VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees. You will not be asked to pay additional import or delivery charges on receipt. If a carrier nevertheless requests such a payment, contact us with your order number so that we can resolve it.
UK delivery is free for orders of £150 or more, excluding VAT. Below that threshold, the available delivery charges are shown at checkout. Any additional service or subsequent change to an order requires your agreement to the relevant cost.
Prices may change for future orders. Your invoice records the charges and applicable VAT for your purchase. For more information, see our UK delivery information.
3. Placing an order and payment
Select your products and options, enter the quantities, add any personalisation, then review your basket. Enter your contact and delivery details, choose from the delivery and payment methods available at checkout, read these terms and confirm payment.
Please check all details before submitting your order and contact us immediately if you notice an error. Orders are subject to full payment unless different payment terms have been expressly agreed in writing. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for products we cannot supply unless you agree to an alternative.
Use the payment methods offered for your order at checkout. Do not send card details by email. See our secure payment information for further guidance.
4. Personalisation and digital proofs
Please supply artwork you are entitled to use and check spelling, dates, colours, dimensions and positioning carefully. Tell us about any essential design requirement or event deadline before ordering.
Where the configurator offers a digital proof, select this option if you wish to approve your design before printing. If you request a proof, production starts after your approval, so allow time for the review. If you choose the option without a proof, our artwork team checks your files and sends them to print without requesting your approval of a digital proof.
Screen displays and on-screen previews may differ from the printed result. If an exact colour or other specification is essential, ask us to confirm it before production. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match the agreed description and specifications.
Changes may no longer be possible once production has begun. Contact us promptly to discuss any amendment or cancellation request. Artwork approval does not remove your rights if we produce goods that do not match the approved design or agreed specification.
5. Production, dispatch and delivery
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Lead times depend on the product, quantity, personalisation, receipt of usable artwork and any required proof approval. Consult the product details and delivery information before ordering. An estimated lead time is not a confirmed arrival date for a particular event.
If delivery by a specific date is essential, contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether we can meet it. For consumer orders, goods will be delivered within the agreed period or, if no different period has been agreed, within 30 days.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and contact details. Orders are sent by carrier with tracking. We will inform you if a delivery problem affects your order. If goods are late or missing, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
For consumers, goods remain at our risk until received by you or a person you nominate. An exception applies if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer: risk then passes when that carrier receives the goods. Choosing one of our checkout delivery options does not make you responsible for loss in transit.
6. Ownership
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment. This is separate from responsibility for loss or damage during delivery.
7. Cancellations and returns
Personalised or custom-made goods: the consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Standard, non-personalised goods: consumers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Email us or send a clear statement to our contact address. Refunds include standard outbound delivery and are due within 14 days of the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first. Any lawful deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods will be explained. We will provide return instructions and explain any applicable return cost; you will not be charged a return cost that was not disclosed before purchase.
Business orders: change-of-mind cancellation and returns depend on the terms agreed for the order. Contact us promptly to discuss your request.
Optional consumer cancellation form:
To AHB / Europaband, 314 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK9 2UB, United Kingdom; contact@europa-band.co.uk.
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [description].
Order number: [number]. Ordered on / received on: [date].
Consumer name and address: [details].
Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please inspect your order and contact us promptly if goods are damaged, faulty, missing or different from the agreed order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful. A delay in reporting a problem does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
We will investigate and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. Where a defect or non-conformity is established, we will arrange the appropriate remedy as soon as possible and within 15 days of confirming the defect or non-conformity, without limiting any earlier statutory deadline. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are borne by us.
Normal wear, misuse or damage caused after delivery is not a manufacturing defect. However, using a product for its intended business or event purpose does not by itself exclude a valid claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Your account and personal information
Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You can request account closure or exercise your data protection rights using our contact details above.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including information needed to process orders, payments and deliveries. Closing an account does not require the deletion of records we must retain to meet legal obligations. Marketing preferences can be changed using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us.
10. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to AHB / Europaband or its rights holders. Do not reproduce protected content without permission. By providing a logo, text or artwork for an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permit us to use it to fulfil that order.
11. Governing law and language
These terms and the resulting transactions are governed by French law, as AHB is a French company. This choice does not deprive UK consumers of any mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. These English-language terms are provided for orders on www.europa-band.co.uk; customers do not need to consult a French version to understand their order.
12. Questions, complaints and disputes
Contact contact@europa-band.co.uk or write to our UK contact address, quoting your order number and explaining the issue. We will investigate and seek an amicable resolution.
If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide information about any applicable independent dispute resolution procedure. Our customer service team is not an independent mediator. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using the courts or other remedies available under applicable law, including any right a UK consumer has to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
