Delivery is free on UK orders of £150 or more, excluding VAT. For orders below this amount, check the delivery options and charges shown at checkout before confirming your order.

Production and delivery times

Lead times vary by product, quantity and personalisation. Please check the timeframe shown on the product page. Personalised products require production time, so they are not necessarily dispatched the day after payment.

If your order is for a particular event, contact us before ordering to check that your chosen products and delivery option are suitable for your deadline. Where artwork approval is required, please allow time to review your design.

Tracking your order

Orders are sent by carrier with tracking. Check the dispatch information provided for your order to follow your parcel. Please make sure your delivery address, postcode and contact details are complete and correct.

Ordering several products

Where possible, place the products you need in a single order. Orders placed separately may incur separate delivery charges. Our team can help with delivery questions before you place an order.
