1. How can I find out more about the products on offer?

All you have to do is ask your questions by e-mail, by phone or on our live chat from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

2. How can I get a discount?

All information on current discounts and promotions can be found on the home page of our website. You can also discover our promotions on our social networks Facebook, Instagram (@europabandfr) or Linkedin.

3. How do I place an order?

Orders can only be placed via the website.

-Go to the product page.

-Fill in the personalization information** and the quantity required.

-Click on "Order", and the products will be added to your basket.

A window appears on your page summarizing your order. You have 2 options: "Continue shopping" or "Checkout".

-Click on "Checkout" and let us guide you.

4. How do I get a quote?

You can get all the quotes you need from our website.

All you have to do is put all the products you want in your shopping cart, then turn your shopping cart into a quote and download your quote online in .pdf format. It will also be sent to you automatically by e-mail.

Once the basket has been transformed into a quotation, it is emptied. If you wish to place an order, you will need to repeat the operation or go to the "my quotes" section of my account and click on "edit", then "order from cart".

5. Are the products presented on the site available in other colors or sizes?

We can produce customized products (Pantone color code or specific size), on request to contact@europaband.fr.

6. How can I personalize my bracelet?

You can use our configurator on our website to choose the color of your bracelet, define the text to be inscribed on it, as well as the font to be used, its size and color. In this case, we'll immediately start manufacturing your products.

You can also use the site to send us your .ai, .pdf or .png file in high resolution.

Or, if you prefer, you can send us your files by e-mail to contact@europaband.fr.

In the last 2 cases, you will receive a proof for your approval. Only then will we start production of your order.

7. What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal electronic payment service, bank transfer or money order (for public authorities only). Simply choose the payment method that suits you best when placing your order.

8. How long does it take to complete an order?

Information about the processing of your order is displayed next to each product. Manufacturing times range from 24 hours to 15 working days. Product delivery time depends on manufacturing time and delivery method chosen: Express - 4 to 5 working days.

For payments by bank transfer and cheque, please note that your order will only be dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account, which may extend the delivery time. We will keep you informed by e-mail at every stage of your order. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your customer account.

Please note: delivery times are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

9. What delivery methods are available and what delivery charges apply to my order?

You choose a delivery method when you place your order. Your order will be delivered by UPS.

3 delivery methods are available:

UPS Standard 10,00 € HT : Delivery in 1 to 3 days in France
UPS Express Saver 25,00 € HT : Delivery in 1 day before end of day
UPS Express 38,00 € HT : Delivery in 1 day before 10:30 or 12:00 (if eligible area).

10. Is it possible to make an appointment and fix a time slot for parcel delivery?

Delivery to the recipient depends essentially on the service you choose, and we have no influence on this. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact the local branch of the delivery service. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail with its tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your parcel on the carrier's website.
